The Sylvester Family lawyers, Alan, Amy and Mark, have spent their combined 100+ years in the legal profession dedicated to representing persons injured by the negligence of others. In 1975, Alan formed one of Vermont’s oldest and most successful personal injury law firms. In 1992, Amy joined the firm after practicing for several years in Boston, Massachusetts at Morrison, Mahoney and Miller. In 2016, Mark Sylvester, formerly of the Florida based personal injury law firm, Leesfield Scolaro, joined the firm to continue his successful personal injury practice in his home state. Since 1981, their offices have been located in the historic downtown district of Burlington, Vermont, in close proximity to the state and federal courts. We are admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Vermont, Florida and Massachusetts.
The experience and excellence of the lawyers at Sylvester Law is reflected in the success they've had representing injured individuals, and the recognition they have received.
